... just because i happen to be listening to Queen right now.
this charming old woman had a good laugh when my friend jason tried to ask her permission to photograph her. i'm not sure if she was laughing at his horrible attempt at speaking Khmer (reading straight from the Lonely Planet guide) or the fact that i was already snapping away while he was asking her!  either way i'm glad we amused her. we tried to have further conversation with her, but sadly the language barrier proved too much. |
